In addition to a positive attitude, we ask that you please bring your own mat, dumbbells, and boxing gloves! If you don’t have your own dumbbells, we can lend you some.
No. We do not lock you into any sort of commitment and you will not be fined for discontinuing your classes or sessions. However, we do require a 30-day notice to cancel. This means you will see one additional charge during your cancellation process.
Our personal training sessions require at least a 12-hour cancellation notice.
Yes! We have Wellness Camp sessions four days per week both in-person and online. Boxing classes, personal training and nutritional sessions are all offered virtually as well. The only service we have that isn’t offered remotely is massage.

All our nutrition plans are completely custom to you. Everyone is unique, so we feel your nutrition plan should be too. No matter your goals, we make sure you’re getting the right number of calories, carbohydrates, and hydration.
No. Everyone is welcome to our boxing classes – from beginners to the experienced. We’ll make sure to properly tailor the session to your current skill level so you can learn while getting a great workout.

We provide structural massages which target one location of your body. They are also slower and use little to no lotion.
HIIT is an abbreviation for high-intensity interval training. This method of exercise is made up of short bursts of intensity and calmer recovery periods.
